Traditionally in cases of corrosion monitoring having to fulfill all requirements of wall thickness measurement or automated ultrasonic testing industries spend many money and efforts to get access to a pipe – test object.
Often it is required to dig out a pipe, to remove the coating, to place the sensor, etc. The Rightrax system allows to get rid of superfluous actions and to save costs! Now by means of Rightrax system it is possible to continuously monitor corrosion in most weak points of a product and receive a reliable test result that considerably accelerates decision-making process.
Rightrax M2 -- The RIGHTRAX M2 comprises 14-element Copolymer flexible ultrasonic sensor that features a self adhesive ultrasonic bond. The complete sensor, including the electronics module is capable of operating at temperatures in excess of 120ºC (250ºF) continouously.
Rightrax DL2 -- Self contained intelligent data logging and flaw detection device that allows NDT technician to collect wall thickness or perform standard flaw detection on weldments.
